Information we collect and why
An order includes your name, contact details (such as a phone number or Telegram), selected products, collection or delivery method, comments and, for delivery, a point you select on a map or an address you provide. A custom model request also includes a description, material and any file you choose to upload. We use these details to quote, discuss, produce and deliver your order. The website does not ask for your Apple, banking, email or social media passwords and does not collect bank card details in order forms.
Storage and sharing
Requests and files are stored on the website server for access by the owner and staff fulfilling orders. Order notifications and, for custom models, uploaded files are sent to the workshop chat through Telegram. The hosting provider processes technical connection data. Necessary delivery details may be shared with the delivery provider. These providers may process information outside Georgia and also have their own privacy policies.
Maps and external services
The delivery map loads OpenStreetMap tiles and marker images from unpkg.com; the contact page embeds Google Maps. Loading this content shares technical connection details, including your IP address, with those services. You select the delivery point yourself; the website does not automatically request browser geolocation.
Google Analytics and browser storage
When configured, Google Analytics loads only after you consent. It uses cookies to measure visits and product interactions. The website code does not send your name, contact details, address, request text or model files to Analytics. You can decline and still order. Change your choice using Analytics settings at the bottom of the page. Your cart and analytics choice are stored locally in your browser; the website also uses a language cookie and an administrator session cookie.
Retention and your requests
We use information to handle your order and related enquiries. To ask what information we hold about you, correct it or request deletion of a request and files, contact @SAVOVASAVOVA on Telegram and include your request number if available. Retention and deletion depend on completing the order and applicable obligations. We will explain what can be deleted and what needs to be retained when responding to your request.
